Woman's Day

We invite you to a unique International Women’s Day event at Femina Polish Centre CIC, which we have divided into two special parts.

✨ PART 1: "Body, Emotions, Closeness" Workshop

This session will be led by Ewelina, a psychologist, who describes the upcoming meeting in these words:

"Return to Womanhood: Body, Emotions, Closeness.

When was the last time you truly felt yourself as a woman — not just in a role, but in your body?

Emigration changes more than we think. It changes the pace of life. It changes relationships. Sometimes… it takes away our connection with womanhood.

During this workshop, we will look at:

– why we so often live 'from the neck up,'

– where, in our daily rush, we lost sight of our own needs,

– how to return to the body, emotions, and closeness — without shame and without pressure.

This won’t be a lecture. It will be a conversation, laughter, moments of reflection, and a few questions that may stay with you for a long time. Because womanhood doesn’t disappear. Sometimes it’s just waiting for you to notice it again."

After the reflection, it’s time for a joyful celebration of femininity in motion! Burlesque is a dance of sensuality and confidence that will allow us to have great fun and bond together.
