Femina cordially invites you to a unique meeting – a workshop with a discussion panel dedicated to the fascinating, yet demanding, period of adolescence, which begins around 8-9 years old!

Do you already have a teenager and are looking for support and answers to your pressing questions?

Or perhaps you have younger children but want to prepare now for this wonderful stage in your child's life and are wondering how to support them through the upcoming changes? This meeting is for you!

The workshop will be led by Patrycja – a well-known and liked pedagogue, and soon-to-be certified psychologist, with extensive knowledge in this area.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

 * Early signs of puberty (from 8-9 years old)

 * Emotional and social changes

 * Communication challenges and how to face them

 * The opportunity to ask questions and share experiences in the discussion panel
