Join our weekly rotation of diverse fitness classes designed just for women! We believe in variety to keep things fun, challenging, and effective.
Each week features a different class, giving you the perfect chance to try them all and find the movement that speaks to you.
Month's Lineup Includes:
- Power Cardio: High-energy, full-body workout to torch calories and boost your endurance.
- PiYo (Pilates + Yoga): A dynamic, low-impact class that combines the muscle sculpting of Pilates with the flexibility and flow of Yoga.
- Party cardio: Turn off the lights, grab your glow sticks, and dance your way to fitness with easy-to-follow routines set to club anthems.
- Slavic Gymnastics: A gentle yet powerful practice focused on core stability, flexibility, and strengthening the pelvic floor, rooted in ancient women's health traditions.
- Sound Bath: A deeply relaxing, meditative experience using gongs and singing bowls to promote stress relief and mental clarity (a perfect way to recover!).
- Mash It Up: high-energy dance fitness. It’s not just a workout; it’s about "letting go," feeling the rhythm, and building community through movement.
