What is this workout?
This workout designed to help you improve your posture, strengthen your deep core muscles, and increase your mobility. This class is perfect for anyone looking for a strengthening workout without intense cardio or jumping.
What can you expect?
During the class, we will focus on mindful body movement. You'll be surprised how much you feel every single muscle as you learn to control it with full concentration and respect for your body. We will be using new, specialized equipment to make the session even more effective.
